TECHNICAL SKILLS TRAINING (St. Andrews Episcopal School) - INDOOR

Course Agenda	Aspects covered for outfield players Dribbling Kicking Ball control Awareness Speed & footwork Balance Coordination Team work Sportsmanship Basic rules of the game Each hour session will cover one of the topics above and be taught via 3 methods: A technical practice where each player works individually on the skill of the day Small pressurized games such as 1 v 1 and 2 v 2 situations A scrimmage where we are looking for the skills to be used with the emphasis on where and when to use them to achieve a successful result
