Each hour session will cover one of the topics above and be taught via 3 methods:

• A technical practice where each player works individually on the skill of the day
• Small pressurized games such as 1 v 1 and 2 v 2 situations
• A scrimmage where we are looking for the skills to be used with the emphasis on where and when to use them to achieve a successful result
