This class is aimed at beginners and intermediate moms who would like to learn a little more about the great game of soccer. Players will be taught how to dribble, pass, trap, shoot and control the ball. The rules of the game will also be a part of each class by creating game situations and scrimmage environments.

This is a great way to get or stay in shape and show your kids that you can do it too!
