REFUND POLICY

Summer Day Camps – Tuition for a session is refundable with a written request, less a $50.00 administrative fee, until 14 days prior to each session. No refunds are permitted thereafter. Please include registration camp number on all applications.

Residential Soccer Camp – Tuition for this session is refundable with a written request, less a $100.00 administrative fee, until 21 days prior to each session. No refunds are permitted thereafter. Please include registration camp number on all applications.

Tot Classes – Tuition for a session is refundable with a written request, less a $25.00 administrative fee, until 7 days prior to each session. No refunds are permitted thereafter. Please include class location and coordinators name on all applications.

Winter Training Clinics – Tuition for a session is refundable with a written request, less a $50.00 administrative fee, until 7 days prior to each session. No refunds are permitted thereafter. Please include class name and day and location on all applications.

Fall/Spring Training Clinics – Tuition for a session is refundable with a written request, less a $25.00 administrative fee, until 7 days prior to each session. No refunds are permitted thereafter. Please include class name and day and location on all applications.

* Team Discounts (not applicable to Tot Classes) – groups of 8 players or more will qualify for a discount to be agreed upon with Brit-Am Soccer Academy. Discounts will be honored with registrations but not after the camp, clinic or class has begun.

NO SHOW POLICY - If the player/team/group fails to show up for a session without at least 2 hours confirmed notice to the coach or Brit-Am Soccer Academy office staff, this will result in the class being considered completed and paid for.
