Refund & Reservation Change Policy

Outdoor Tots, Skills, Clinics and After School Programs: Tuition is refundable with a written request, less a $25.00 administrative fee, until 14 days prior to the first day of the session. No refunds are permitted thereafter. Please include family account # and class location on all correspondence.

Reservation Change Fee: Please be certain you have made a reservation for the correct program. If a change needs to be made to move to another class, you will be charged a $20 fee up to 14 days prior to the start of the session of the current reservation and $30 if within less than 14 days.

Summer Camps: Tuition for a summer camp session is refundable with a written request, less a $50 administrative fee until 14 days prior to the start of the session. No refunds are permitted thereafter.

Day Camp registrations during the Winter Early Bird Discount window are non-refundable. If space is available, registrations can be transferred to another current summer session at the same location for a $15 transfer fee by May 29. No transfers after May 29.

Cyber Week Discounts: Reservations made for Summer Camps during Cyber Week (November 28-December 5) are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different week.

Camp Week Change Fee:  Please be certain you are making a reservation for the correct week and location of camp. If a change needs to be made to move to another week of camp, you will be charged a $25 fee up to 14 days prior to the date of the scheduled camp. No changes can be made after that date.

Residential Soccer Camp: Tuition for this session is refundable with a written request, less a $100.00 administrative fee, until 21 days prior to each session. No refunds are permitted thereafter. Please include registration camp number on all applications.

Clinics and Tots Programs at Next Level: Tuition for a session is refundable with a written request, less a $50.00 administrative fee, until 14 days prior to each session. No refunds are permitted thereafter.

Holiday & One Day Camp Refund Policy: Tuition for holiday and One Day camps is not refundable due to limited spaces.

Winter Indoor-Refund Policy and Session Change Fee: Tuition for a session is refundable with a written request, less a $50.00 administrative fee, until 14 days prior to the start of the  session. No refunds are permitted thereafter. Requests to switch to another indoor session will be accommodated if space is available up to 14 day prior to the start of the session for a $25 fee.

* Team Discounts (not applicable to Tot Classes): groups of 8 players or more will qualify for a discount to be agreed upon with Brit-Am Soccer Academy. Discounts will be honored with registrations but not after the camp, clinic or class has begun.

NO SHOW POLICY: If the player/team/group fails to show up for a scheduled session without at least 2 hours confirmed notice to the coach or Brit-Am Soccer Academy office staff, this will result in the class being considered completed and paid for.
