BRIT-AM CAREERS

Brit-Am Soccer Academy is always looking to add to our coaching staff, in order to maintain our high levels of teaching and keep up with the demands of today's soccer society. Individuals that are experienced, motivated, knowledgeable, fun and reliable are always welcome within the company.

Coaches will be involved in teaching our team training programs, summer camps, outdoor & indoor skills clinics, one-on-one lessons, tot classes and birthday parties.

Coaching candidates should reflect at least one if not all of the following:

A background of prior experience in playing and/or participating in the game; or coaching of the game at a level that is relevant for the expressed age group of interest; Completed a USSF or NSCAA licensing coaching course that is appropriate for the expressed age group of interest within the last 2 years( MSYSA requires all travel coaches to have a E license at minimum); Demonstrated passion for the game that is reflected in experience of participation, Continuing education or background relevant to the age group of interest.

New coaches that apply should be prepared to conduct at least one training session. The topic, age group and location are to be determined by the Director of Coaching and his staff. The session should reflect the coach’s plan to address three main components: the training objective, warm-up, and the main activity. The main activity should reflect a progression of activities that lead to a match conditioned conclusion.

Part-Time Soccer Coaching Positions now Available!

Brit-Am Soccer Academy require part time soccer coaches to work on various programs in the Montgomery County and D.C. areas. Part Time coaching staff should be NSCAA or USSF qualified and have experience coaching children aged 3 to 14. Coaches will be required to drive up to 45 minutes to programs and should have ready access to transport to and from coaching locations. Applications are being accepted.

Intermships Opportunities now Available!

Interested in becoming an intern with Brit-Am Soccer Academy?  We are able to offer a unique experience for young and dedicated students who are interested in learning more about Brit-Am Soccer operations from inside the office to being out on the field. Camp Counselors Opportunities now Available!

Brit-Am Soccer Academy is availabl to middle and high school students who would like to offer their help at our soccer camps in the summer, winter and spring.
